Basic Hourly Service Rates 

Alex PC Tech uses standard hourly rates for all of our services. These rates apply if you are bringing a repair into our 2 Locations area, or if you choose to pay for on site repair, networking or programming services on an as-needed, time and materials basis. The following table shows our standard rates. 

Off Site repair and networking services                                         $95.00 per hour

Onsite repair:

Applications Installations:

**Antivirus, MS Office, Works Suite, Games and Others            $20.00**

*Customer must supply all the documents that will prove his or her ownership of Microsoft OS Products Key, if it’s an upgrade or full version, they must supply the Media with the CD Key. We are not responsible for any miscommunications regarding the Microsoft Products key.

** Any Application we install on the Customer’s PC, we are not responsible for the licenses for the end user. We install the applications only; the Customer will be responsible to register the software with the software makers.
